By accessing or using bayar.mx (hereinafter “the Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Nature of the Service

Bayar is a digital directory and promotional platform designed to give visibility to local businesses, producers, and entrepreneurs, allowing users to contact them directly through external links, primarily via WhatsApp.

Bayar does not process or mediate any commercial transactions between users and listed businesses.
Therefore, it does not charge commissions, manage payments, or participate in negotiations between parties.

2. Responsibility for Content

Each business, entrepreneur, or producer listed on Bayar is responsible for:

• The accuracy and authenticity of the information published.
  
  
• The authorization to use logos, images, and trademarks included in their profile.
  
  
• Compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to their commercial activity.
  
  

Bayar does not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, or legality of any product or service offered by the listed businesses.
Users acknowledge that all interactions, purchases, or agreements derived from Bayar’s use are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.

3. Reports and Sanctions

Users may report a business through the available form in case of dissatisfaction or suspicion of fraud.

Reports will be reviewed and may result in:

• Warnings or strikes to the listed business.
  
  
• Temporary suspension or permanent removal of the profile.
  
  

Bayar reserves the right to remove any listing deemed inappropriate or noncompliant with its standards, without prior notice.

4. Listing Process

To be listed on Bayar, a business representative must email listado@bayar.mx with the requested information.
The publication process may take time depending on demand and availability, and all submissions are subject to review and approval by the Bayar team.

The listing service is free for a limited time.
In the future, Bayar may modify service conditions or introduce maintenance/update fees, which will be announced in due time.

Bayar reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet the platform’s classification, quality, authenticity, or audience-alignment criteria.
If an application is not approved, the applicant will be notified and may reapply once the required standards are met.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and structure of Bayar (name, logo, text, and graphic elements) are the property of Bayar.mx and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express authorization.
Logos, trade names, and images of businesses remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bayar is not responsible for:

• Damages or losses resulting from agreements between users and listed businesses.
  
  
• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by providers.
  
  
• Technical failures, human errors, or service interruptions.
  
  

Use of the site is at the user’s own risk.

7. Service Modifications

Bayar reserves the right to update, modify, or suspend the site, listings, or service terms at any time, without prior notice.
Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Privacy

Bayar collects only the information necessary to publish listings and facilitate communication.
We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
